(Sou)Hra - (Inter)Play 3.3. 2025 U Hradeb
The photographs by Petr Vrabec are from a lighting test in the multicultural space 64 U Hradeb.
The dance performance performed by Ultra-minimal-ballet (UMB) is inspired by the game of chess and the associations that arise from it - politics, open play versus intrigue and pretense, fun and fierce posturing... The performance consists of the sections Setting Boundaries, Duel and Reconciliation.
The performance was presented as part of the opening of the Prague International Chess Festival and also as part of its free day after a discussion on „Bohemia on the Chessboard of Europe“ presented by Čestmir Strakaty with guests such as Tomáš Sedláček, Karel Janeček and others.
